The background is based on a riot in 2009. There was a riot in my hometown on July 5, 2009.

The patterns on the model are the patterns of local minority costumes.

 

I abstracted them and painted them on the nude of the model, symbolizing freedom.

The whole group of works moves from the room to the outside bit by bit. From depression to openness
